Looking For Part-Time Or Full Time Gymnastics Coach

KiPS Family Gymnastics in Falls Church, VA is looking for part-time gymnastics coaches to join our team! Our ideal candidate is attentive, motivated, and enjoys working with children!

This position will have a blend of customer service, teaching, coordination, and administrative work. We have a wonderful team here, who are excited about gymnastics and working with kids. We are willing to train spotting and coaching!

We are a vibrant gymnastics club dedicated to fostering a love of the sport in children of all ages and abilities. We offer recreational programs, camps, birthday parties and events in a positive and encouraging environment. Our team of passionate coaches is committed to helping our athletes reach their full potential, both on and off the mat.

About the role:

• Teach recreational gymnastics classes for various age groups and skill levels.
• Implement lesson plans that are fun, safe, and effective.
• Provide positive reinforcement and feedback to help athletes grow.
• Assist with spotting and safety procedures.
• Collaborate with other coaches and gym staff to ensure a smooth operation.

Salary/Schedule

• Looking for candidates who can start as soon as possible.
• Positions available starting at $18-30 hour.
• Flexible scheduling (perfect for students or those with other commitments!)
