Gymnastics Coach (Ages 16+)

Our coaches provide gymnastics instructions to children aged 15 months to 17 years at all skill levels. They create a safe, fun, and high-energy learning environment for our students. They are responsible for preparing class lesson plans based on our class curriculum to keep the kids progressing and having fun! This position is part-time with options to grow into full-time.

Our coaches instruct students in the following programs:

• Preschool Gymnastics (15 months to 4 years of age)
• Girls Gymnastics (5 years to 17 years of age)
• Tumbling (5 years to 17 years of age)
  
  

Requirements

Must be at least 16 years of age to apply. Must be caring, fun, dependable, organized, have a positive attitude, and love kids. Nova Gymnastics provides training. Available on weeknights and Saturday mornings. For ages 18 and older, must be able to pass a background check and obtain course certifications required by SafeSport™.

Some responsibilities include

• Working with children in a group setting.

• Teaching and spotting gymnastics skills.
• Creating lesson plans and setting goals.
• Demonstrating leadership and communication skills.
• Demonstrating organization and time management skills.
