The gymnastics instructors at TAGS use safe, logical progressions that allow the student to learn gymnastics skills according to the childs readiness. TAGS hires instructors with a positive and outgoing approach who love working with children! Our goal is to provide quality gymnastics instruction in a safe, fun, positive atmosphere.
Primary Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
Teach gymnastics skills on selected events for girls and/or boys of varying ages & ability levels.
Staff assignments are made based on previous experience, recommendations and current readiness.
Record keeping as needed: attendance, progress check on tablets, keeping rosters up to date on attendance and skill progression, injury reports, etc.
Meet with parents to discuss their gymnasts progress before or after class.
Greet all customers as they arrive in a pleasant manner.
Communicate any gym concerns with full-time staff and gym manager.
Reasonably and successfully complete the essential functions of the job.
