Summary
Performs responsible program building including planning, coaching, and recruiting. Responsible for spotting, planning lessons, following rotations, and attending competitions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet each member and guest with an upbeat voice and welcoming smile.
- Manage, develop and continuously improve the Exhibition Team program, practices, schedules, and attendance records.
- Track attendance
- Create and implement practice plans and follow rotations
- Track and manage participant’s progress
- Work with the Competition team head coach regarding rotations and skill progressions
- Assist in supporting the entire operation by demonstrating exceptional people skills and attention to detail
- Assist in daily instruction and spotting to team members on all apparatus
- Commits to and is responsible for adhering to all rules and regulations
- Attends all staff meetings
Education and/or Experience:
- 5 years of experience with gymnastics
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

- Ability to interact professionally with multiple levels of personnel within the organization internally and externally
- Effective verbal communication skills are a must

Physical Demands:
May sit, stand, stoop, bend and walk frequently during the day while in uniform. May need to lift up to 125 pounds on occasion and during spotting. Visual acuity to see and read fine prints. Specific vision abilities required by this role include close vision, color vision and the ability to adjust focus. Must be able to hear normal voice sounds.
